lead time

We deliver throughout Australia and worldwide*. The standard lead time for dispatch of your order is within 3 weeks of order confirmation.

If you require delivery within a shorter timeframe please contact us to discuss the prioritization options.

Depending on your location and the size of your artwork, delivery to your door will be made by TNT or Couriers Please. We use their most economical service by default which is neither day nor time definite. 

If you require a day or time definite delivery, this may be available at a surcharge. Please contact us for a quote. 

On dispatch you will be provided with a unique code enabling you to track the progress of your consignment online on the TNT or Couriers Please website.

returns

Your artwork is made to order in the design, colour and size that you have chosen. As such we do not accept returns, issue refunds or credit for any change of mind, including but not limited to your choice of design, size or colour. 

Should you have any doubts, we're here to help you make the right decision for your space or project. Please contact us before you place your order.

Unfortunately, whilst we package each artwork for the rough an tumble of road transport, damage can occur in transit. This is beyond our control, but for which reason we carry insurance. Should your artworks arrive damaged or defective, we will remedy the situation at no additional charge to you.

*If the country to which you would like to request delivery does not appear within the drop-down list of countries on the shopping cart page, please contact us so that we may evaluate the shipping costs to your country. We do not ship to any country sanctioned by our payment gateway provider, Shopify.
