where are signarture artworks made?

Artworks purchased through this website are made in Australia. We produce each artwork to order, assuring the highest quality product, supporting local manufacturing and minimizing our carbon footprint.

what methods of payment do you accept?

Through this website we accept payment by American Express, VISA, Mastercard and Discover credit cards, or via a Paypal account. If you prefer to pay by EFT or BPAY please contact us and we will raise a pro-forma invoice. We can also accept credit card orders, for processing via PayPal, over the phone.

do your prices include taxes?

10% Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) is included in the prices displayed on this website.

how are the prices in currencies other than Australian Dollars calculated?

The rates used are refreshed twice a day and pulled from www.xe.com. Although the value of your cart may displayed in any of the supported currencies, once you proceed through to checkout, payment will be completed in Australian Dollars. Note too that the RRP prices displayed alongside the size of the artworks are always displayed in AUD. 

do you offer trade pricing?

Yes. If you are a professional architect, interior decorator, interior designer, landscape designer or a professional in property development and marketing, please register your business so that we may provide you with pricing appropriate to your business.

where do i enter my trade or special offer code?

If you use our regular checkout, you'll be able to enter and evaluate your trade or special offer code at the very start of the checkout process, before entering your credit card information.

If you checkout with Paypal, you will be taken to paypal.com, where PayPal collects your shipping and billing addresses. You are then returned to our website where you will pick up the shipping charges, can type in your discount code, and finalise your transaction on the same page.

how long does it take to create my artwork?

We produce and dispatch your artwork within 3 weeks from confirmation of your order.

what if i need it sooner?

Please contact us. We can usually prioritise production and dispatch within a week if required. You can also elect to purchase time definite, express delivery for a surcharge. 

will i be able to track the delivery of my order?

Yes. We email your tracking number together with a link to the relevant logistics partner's online tracking service on dispatch.

is my artwork insured whilst in transit?

Yes. The delivery charges include an amount for insurance.

is a signature required for delivery?

Yes. For your security and peace of mind, a signature is required for all orders. You will need to provide an address where you, or your designated representative, will be available during normal business hours.

what if i can only be home at particular hours?

Please contact us. You can also elect to purchase time definite, express delivery for a surcharge. 

which countries do you ship to?

Beyond Australia, we ship to countries serviced directly by our logistics partner, TNT. Within the cart you are able to preview shipping charges for our most popular destinations including the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Canada and New Zealand, as well as several European, Asian and other countries. If you enter a country for which we have not defined a shipping rate, the message 'PLEASE CONTACT US TO CONFIRM' will be displayed along with an estimate of the maximum rate that might apply.

Please note that 10% Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST), included by default in the price of the artworks, is used to partially offset the cost of international freight. We can provide you with a separate tax invoice that clarifies this should you require it. You will be responsible for any import duties or goods and services taxes that might be applicable in your country. 

are the artworks supplied ready to hang?

Yes. Our canvases are supplied pre-strung our perspex artworks are supplied with the necessary architectural spacers and full instructions. for the perspex artworks, you will need 8 gauge screws appropriate for your wall finish.

can you arrange installation?

Yes. We can currently arrange professional installation in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. Please contact us for a quote

how do i care for my canvas print?

Our canvas prints are made from natural materials, and suitable only for installation in temperature controlled environments. Changes in temperature, humidity and pressure (altitude) can cause the canvas to sag or the frame to warp. Avoid positioning in direct sunlight, which after many years may cause fading. Dust down occasionally with a soft cloth or duster.

how do i care for my perspex artwork?

Our perspex artworks are made from a transparent, synthetic thermoplastic which is lightweight and shatter-resistant, but susceptible to scratches. The face of the artwork can be wiped down using a non-abrasive (eg. microfibre) cloth dampened with water, or a mild soap and water solution. Should the printed, reverse side of the artwork require cleaning, use only water to dampen the non-abrasive cloth. A proprietary cleaner is neither necessary nor recommended.

Perspex artworks can be installed in outdoor areas. We recommend this only in areas of partial shade, preferably where there is some overhead cover to protect against any fading or degradation that may be caused by excessive exposure to the elements.
