Houzz has 16 million monthly users, and their Best of Houzz award for Customer Satisfaction is determined by a variety of factors, including the number and quality of client reviews received in 2013. Throughout the year, we were awarded nothing but 5-star ratings and we're very grateful to those clients who took the time to write their reviews and send us their images.
